Easter Here We Come!

Published about 2 months ago • 1 min read

Howdy eNeighbors!

This month we celebrate the high point of not only the Christian year but all of history - the resurrection of Jesus on Easter! Let us be the first to say, "HE IS RISEN, AMEN!"

We are excited to announce a new item to our musical lineup - The Digital Anthology! Your new car doesn't have a CD player? No problem! Your computer CD drive died? Got ya covered! Your VCR is flashing 12:00? Sorry, can't help with that. But for everything else, our new Digital Anthology is a collection of 7 of our most popular albums (112 songs!) all on one USB Flash drive. Included are our Favorites Vol. 1 & 2, Living Proof Extended Edition, Hymns, Christmas With You, Tribute To America, and This Gift I Bring (Phil's piano album). All of this musical goodness packaged in a deluxe Maple box lovingly engraved by Phil! We were able to get only a very limited supply, so head over to www.PhilandPammMorgan.com/Store to get yours before they are gone.

If you prefer to download your music, all 19 of our albums and 9 accompaniment track collections are available at philandpammorgan.bandcamp.com/music. We are also most likely available on your favorite streaming service, but by purchasing our music you are supporting our ministry and helping us make more music in the future! Thanks in advance!

Phil's time as interim Worship leader at Big Creek Baptist Church in Pleasant Hill, MO will be wrapping up this month with Easter. He has thoroughly enjoyed his time with this great bunch of folks and thanks everyone for allowing him to lead them in their Sunday morning worship services. Our tour schedule is picking up again, but it's good to know when our time on the road is over, God may have a new opportunity to serve Him in a local congregation.

As we turn our eyes to Jesus this Easter season, may we all be amazed by the depth of God's love for us. When it comes to our Risen Savior, no "bunny" can compare!

He is the reason for every season,
Phil and Pam

Hey friends, For the second time this year, our concert is flooded out. This evening's concert in Rockville, MO is going to be rescheduled for a later date. The recent rain has caused flooding in the area and they are supposed to get more this afternoon. Pray for those affected! We look forward to seeing our friends in that area when things dry up a bit. In the meantime, stay safe, put on one of our albums and we'll have a long distance sing-along! Blessings,Phil and Pam Click Here to Check...

Cinco de Yummy! by Phil I'm counting down the days to Cinco de Mayo, which celebrates Mexico's victory over the French on May 5, 1862. Strangely enough, Cinco de Mayo is an American holiday and rarely celebrated in Mexico. Either way, it's a great excuse to eat burritos and tamales! I'm personally in favor of all food related holidays. I love to eat Irish food on St. Patrick's Day, Chinese on the Chinese New Year, Italian on Valentine's Day (I'm not sure why, but who's arguing?), American...

More Than Conquerors by Phil On Easter Sunday the sermon was based on one of my favorite chapters in the Bible - Romans 8. I was following along in my Blue Letter Bible app*, and tapped on the phrase “more than conquerors” in verse 37. I knew from previous study that in the Greek this phrase is just one word - Hypernikao, but I’d never looked at the tense of the word. I’m not a Greek scholar, but here’s what I understand. In ancient or Biblical greek, each verb has one of four moods, three...
